Luis Guillermo Salazar is the Fractional CTO of DAC Consulting Services and a member of the DAC Core Group. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Lumiatech Solutions Ltd, a boutique AI and digital transformation advisory consultancy.



With over 20 years of international experience spanning fintech, banking technology, SaaS delivery, and enterprise systems, Luis has built a career at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, working across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Luis has led large-scale digital transformation programmes for financial institutions, technology vendors, and enterprise organisations. His expertise covers the full lifecycle of technology leadership: from the selection, implementation, and management of CRM and ERP platforms, to building cross-functional technology teams, defining operating models, and establishing governance structures that bring discipline and accountability to complex organisations.

Luis is particularly focused on the secure and responsible application of technology and Artificial Intelligence in professional-services environments, helping leadership teams protect sensitive information and improve operational efficiency, while safeguarding the independence, impartiality, and professional judgement that define expert work.

In his role as Fractional CTO at DAC Consulting Services, Luis helps strengthen the firm’s technology infrastructure, the protection of its information, and the responsible use of digital and AI tools, with the goal of improving efficiency and supporting the work of DAC’s experts across its international offices, without ever compromising their independence, impartiality, or professional judgement.
