DAC Consulting Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Tadros as Senior Delay Analyst / Manager – Expert Services, based in the firm’s Dubai office, further strengthening DAC’s expert advisory capabilities across the Middle East and internationally.

Daniel joins DAC with significant experience in construction project management, forensic delay analysis, and dispute resolution support, having worked on complex infrastructure, energy, and development projects across Europe and the Middle East.

He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, where his research focused on urban development and planning in the context of sustainable growth.

Prior to joining DAC, Daniel served as Manager within the Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice at Alvarez & Marsal, where he conducted forensic delay analyses in support of international arbitration proceedings and advised clients on extension of time claims, disruption analysis, and dispute-related scheduling issues across major energy and infrastructure projects.

Earlier in his career, Daniel held senior roles in project delivery and claims management, including Technical Director at SEMI Engineering Germany, where he led claims and contracts functions for large-scale power and utilities projects, and project management roles with PORR Group, overseeing the delivery of complex construction projects in Germany.

In his role at DAC, Daniel will work closely with the firm’s experts and legal teams to support expert witness engagements, arbitration proceedings, and complex construction disputes, while also contributing to the continued growth of DAC’s practice in the Middle East.

Daniel’s international background and language capabilities — including German and English fluency, as well as Spanish, Arabic, and French proficiency — further enhance DAC’s ability to serve a diverse global client base.
