Panayiotis is a Chartered European Civil Engineer (EUR-ING) with an impressive 22 years of hands-on experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in numerous large-scale projects around the world, contributing his expertise to various sectors, including power plants, military infrastructure, hospitals, roadways, and educational facilities, among others.

Expertise in Forensic Delay and Quantum Analysis

In addition to his engineering credentials, Panayiotis holds a Professional Diploma in Forensic Quantum Analysis. His proficiency in Quantum & Delay Analyses is unparalleled, making him a valuable asset in navigating complex project challenges.

His experience extends to claims and disputes related to infrastructure construction projects—from design through to commissioning and operations.

Panayiotis's journey in the industry has seen him excel in multiple roles, such as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Claims Expert, Design Review Engineer, ContractSpecialist, Project Manager, and Adjudicator Expert.
