Celebrating 9 Years of DAC Consulting Services: Global Growth, Technical Impact & What’s Next

Today, DAC Consulting Services celebrates a milestone — nine years of global impact, technical leadership, and trusted partnerships in complex construction and energy disputes.

Since our founding in 2016, we’ve grown into a leading authority in forensic engineering, delay and quantum analysis, and expert witness services. We’ve supported high-value cases across six continents, guided major infrastructure and energy projects, and helped

resolve some of the most challenging disputes worldwide.

The last year has been a particularly strong one — defined by strategic growth, new talent, global investment, and deepened regional presence.

Growth Across the Middle East

Our momentum in the Middle East has never been stronger. Over the past year, we’ve significantly expanded our footprint, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where DAC has been appointed on a number of major disputes linked to large-scale infrastructure, energy, and

transport mega-projects.

To support this growing demand, we’ve broadened our team of technical experts, with particular experience in disputes governed by Saudi, ICC, and UNCITRAL frameworks. From Riyadh and Jeddah to NEOM, our teams are now actively involved in cases valued in

the hundreds of millions of dollars, working closely with leading law firms and clients throughout the region.

Strengthening LATAM with DAC Mexico

In November 2024, we established DAC Mexico — a major step in expanding our operations across Latin America. The launch of our legal entity in Mexico City builds on years of project experience in the region and gives us a stronger platform to support local and

international arbitration cases.

Within just a few months, our LATAM team has already taken on key expert roles across multiple sectors, marking the start of a promising new chapter for DAC in this fast-evolving region.

Investing in People, Technology, and Performance

This year saw ~15% year-on-year revenue growth, but the numbers only tell part of the story. We continued to invest heavily in our people and systems to future-proof our business. One example of this is our significant investment in digital infrastructure, enabling secure, seamless collaboration across our global offices.

We also welcomed new talent to the team, including Nick Smith, a Forensic Engineer who joined our London office in May 2025, bringing fresh expertise and energy to our UK operations. At the same time, our teams in the Middle East and LATAM regions grew in both

scale and capability — ensuring DAC remains responsive, agile, and built for long-term impact.

Sharing Expertise on the Global Stage

Throughout the year, DAC continued to contribute to key global forums in dispute resolution. We had an active presence at Dubai Arbitration Week, participated in events like GAR Live Energy Disputes and ICC Miami, and were proud to sponsor and speak at Mexico

Arbitration Week and IBA Mexico.

In London, Dubai, and Madrid, our experts joined energy and infrastructure panels to share perspectives on emerging trends — including the growing use of AI in construction disputes and the evolving role of expert evidence. These events allow us to not only showcase our technical insight but also stay at the forefront of industry thinking.

Celebrating Culture and Community

Beyond the boardroom and arbitration forums, we also made space to celebrate what makes DAC unique — our people.

In June 2025, our Mexico team hosted DAC’s first Padel Tournament — a vibrant event that combined sport, tacos, and networking in true LATAM style. It was a celebration of team culture, local connection, and our people-first values — which remain at the heart of

everything we do.

Looking Ahead to Year 10

As we enter our 10th year, we’re focused on building with purpose. Our priorities for the year ahead are clear: deepen our involvement in mega disputes across the Gulf, expand our presence in Latin America through DAC Mexico, and continue to deliver market-leading

forensic, delay, and quantum expertise.

We’ll keep investing in our people, technology, and training — not only to stay ahead of industry change but to help shape the future of global dispute resolution.
